Return & Exchange Policy

1. Return Policy

• You can request a return within 15 days after receiving your item.
• Eligible items must be unused, unworn, with original tags and packaging, and include proof of purchase.

• Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.

2. Exceptions

• Non-returnable items: Customized products, sale items, gift cards, intimate wear, or items with hygiene concerns.
• Returns are not accepted for items with customer-caused damage or alterations.

3. Exchange Process

• To exchange, return the item and place a new order after approval.
• If exchanging for a higher value item, the price difference must be paid. Refunds are not issued for lower-value exchanges.

4. Refunds

• Refunds for full-priced items will be processed after inspection and approved returns.
• Refunds to the original payment method may take 7-10 business days for domestic cards and up to 30 days for international cards.
• For sale items, refunds are issued as e-vouchers usable on our website.

5. EU Customers: 14-Day Cooling Off Period

• If shipping to the EU, you can cancel or return orders within 14 days without justification, provided items meet return conditions.

6. Damaged or Defective Items

• Inspect your order upon receipt. Contact us immediately if items are defective, damaged, or incorrect.

Additional Notes

• Customers are responsible for return shipping fees unless the item is faulty or a manufacturer’s error occurred.
• Returns must use the shipping partner designated by AnyShape Vietnam.
